Rasing your Vibrations for your Wellness
Everything in the universe has a vibrational frequency, even you! This is the energy that flows through you and every thing you do. There’s a spectrum of frequencies and we want to be on the high end of that spectrum. What does your vibration have to do with your overall wellness? Well, A LOT!
High Vibrational Humans
People who live at a high vibrational level will have a positive quality of life. They will experience a greater sense of peace, love, joy, and clarity. They are easily able to turn their dreams into reality.
If this is you, amazing! Keep on doing what you’re doing! You have truly found your best way to live a healthy high vibrational life!
Low Vibrational Humans
People who live at a low vibrational level will have a negative quality of life. They may experience pain or discomfort and the heavier their problems seem. They will have to exert quite a lot of energy to accomplish their goals.
If this is you, don’t worry! You can easily raise your vibrations through the choices you make every day.
Easy Ways to Raise Your Vibes:
- Eat a balanced plant-based diet
- Get your blood pumping daily
- Meditate every day
- Drink more water
- Create a positive living environment
- Be present & appreciate the little things
- Show compassion and kindness to others
What are High Vibrational Foods?
Everything on the list above is very important which is why I want to focus on one thing at a time to thoroughly cover each topic. Today I want to focus on the first point, eat a balanced plant-based diet.
The highest vibrational food on the earth is FRUIT! Don’t feel weird if you eat 3 bananas in one sitting; it’s soul food. Next in line are raw vegetables. Eats these in abundance! Fruits and veggies will fill you up with all the nutrition you need!
Foods to avoid are basically all animal products. Animals have their own vibrational frequencies and they have a desire to live just as we do. When we consume their flesh and by-products, we are also consuming their suffering.
When we consume their suffering our bodies absorb the negative energy which will lower our vibrational levels. This also ties in with the last point from above talks about compassion and kindness. By avoiding aminal products, you will be showing them compassion which will bring your vibes up already! It’s a win-win!
