What I Ate Wednesday – Giant Smoothie & Power Bowl

Happy Hump Day!! I’m so excited to share with you that I ate today!!

First of all I kind of went overboard on the green smoothie this morning but I think I needed it! I caught a little sickness from my nanny kiddo and (she just started preschool a few weeks ago… ’tis the season…)!! So I drank a full blender full of green smoothie for breakfast 🙂 yay!

Secondlyyyyy my legs currently feel like jello due to heavy weight legs today. If you are trying the workout too please let me know in the comments below! What I Ate Wednesday: Giant Green Smoothie, Power Bowl & Left-Overs

Pre Workout: Immunity Shot & Amino Energy, BCAAs, Glutamine

Like I said I feel like a pile of poop (like in my throat, ugh), so I once again started off my day with a shot of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with some ground ginger and ground turmeric, so yuck but so good! I can’t tell you how much better I feel when I take this in the morning! Then I took my pre workout shake to the gym and completed heavy-weight legs from my fitness plan post!

Post workout: Vega Sport Berry Protein! YUM!!!

Breakfast: Giant Green Smoothie!

Yes I drank the whole thing! It only took about 2 hours (since I was so busy with laundry and drop offs this morning #nannylife) and filled 4 large glasses! I used 3 cups of kale, 3 cups of spinach, 3 bananas, 2 cups frozen pineapple, 2 cups frozen peaches, 1/4 cup oats, 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon maca powder, 1 cup coconut water, 1 cup almond milk!

 

Lunch: Vegan Power Bowl!

Okay, so I made my first of many power bowls today! These are going to be the main focus of my Fit Vegan Meal Plan! Farro, steamed kale, sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, chick peas! I topped it with sriracha sauce 🙂

Snack: Pretzel Chips! (I ate too many of these and wasn’t super hungry for dinner… But I obviously still ate because FOOD!

Dinner: Left-Over Vegan Mac & Cheese and Kombucha!
