12 Foods to Raise Your Vibration – High Vibe Life

It’s been way too long since I wrote a fresh new blog post and I’m excited to share with you my favorite way to raise my vibrations and expand my whole self (besides learning about my soul energy).

Vibrational Energy

It’s been scientifically proven that everything in existence is made up of energy, and it can be measured, including the food we eat. Believe it or not, this energy connects us all on a spiritual level. We are all part of the circle of life which has no beginning, no end, and is continually in motion.

There are many things that can affect our vibrational energy but what it comes down to is the chemical balances in our body. These chemical balances are either positive or negative based on what we receive.

Negative Vibrations / Vibes (aka: negative chemical reactions in the body)
  • Processed foods – far from how they appear in nature
  • Animal products – consuming death, suffering, and disease
  • Poor nutrition – insufficient vitamins and minerals
  • Poor exercise – not moving enough or for the wrong reasons
  • Negative words – hearing negativity in your daily life
  • Bad thoughts – always thinking the worst will happen
Positive Vibrations / Vibes (aka: positive chemical reactions in the body)
  • Whole foods – as close to nature as possible
  • Mostly plants – raw fruits and veggies are best!
  • Proper nutrition – plenty of natural vitamins and minerals
  • Daily exercise – something you love and for the right reasons
  • Positive words – uplifting positivity in your daily life
  • Good thoughts – practicing gratitude and staying hopeful

I know this sounds like a lot to think about, and that’s okay. I tell all my clients the same thing: start with nutrition. It’s not the only thing, but it’s the first thing.

Once we start with nutrition, we allow our bodies to heal from within. I can help you to start thinking of food differently and see it as something beautiful rather than something to fear. I can help you to start treating your body with love by feeding it the best food Mother Earth created.

Vibrational Energy of Food

The food we consume plays a huge role in how energy vibrates with the Universe. High vibe foods like fruits and veggies will help bring our vibrations up and make us feel like we are in flow with the Divine. These foods vibrate at a higher level because they are in their purest form and from the earth.

Low vibe foods like animal products and highly processed foods will bring our vibrations down and our bodies will absorb the negativity. Animal products (especially meat) carries the energy of suffering and pain that the animals felt during slaughter (or all their lives). Highly processed foods are stripped of their energy giving them a feeling of emptiness.

Fruits have the highest vibrational frequency followed by raw leafy greens and veggies. Here are my top 12 high vibe foods you should be eating as often as you can and why they are so good for you body, mind and soul.

1. Apples

Apples are the most detoxifying fruit on the planet. I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “an apple a day keeps the doctor away!”

2. Almonds

Almonds are loaded with antioxidants and help balance out your cholesterol levels. They are also a great source of plant-based protein and healthy fats.

3. Avocados

Avocados are the BEST fat your for your body. They are packed with fiber, potassium and heart-healthy fats. My favorite way to eat these gems is right out of the skin with a spoon and a little salt & pepper.

4. Banana

Bananas are easy to digest, filled with fiber, and will satisfy your body’s needs in a pince since they are loaded with micronutrients. I always keep bananas on hand when traveling!

5. Berries

Berries are the antioxidant powerhouse! These little magic fruits help to fight inflammation in the body and promote glowing skin. The best way to get them in daily is with a morning smoothie.

6. Carrots

Carrots are filled with fiber and vitamin K which helps with cell regeneration (like healing quickly when you get cuts and such). Enjoy them raw or for easier digestion, cook them – just make sure to not over do it as they can lose a lot of their vitamins if they are over cooked.

7. Chia Seeds

Iron, calcium and fiber, OH MY! Chia seeds are also an amazing form of plant-based protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, and are filled with antioxidants.

8. Flax Seeds

Flax seeds have similar benefits as chia seeds in the protein, fiber and omega department. But, they are also very beneficial to your digestion when taken in moderation.

NOTE: To best absorb these benefits of these two seeds I recommend soaking the seeds for at least 4 hours or overnight. Flax seeds can be ground in a coffee grinder for better absorption as well.

9. Fresh Herbs

Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, rosemary, sage… the list could go on and on. I would do a whole damn post about these! The key here is fresh is best!

10. Mangos

Mangos promote tons of wellness benefits what include gut health, immunity, clear skin and healthy digestion.

11. Spinach

Spinach and other leafy greens are PACKED with vitamins and minerals. Greens are super nutrient rich in their raw form and even when they are slightly cook. Just make sure to not overcook them since it torches most of the nutrients.

12. Squash

All assortments of squash are nutrient dense and rich in vitamins and minerals. The best way to cook any kind of squash is to cut it in half, scoop out the seeds and roast it in the oven. Most people don’t eat the skin, but it’s totally cool to eat!
