Thrive Market is starting to finally pick up speed! It makes me super happy to see a company that supports vegan diets. In this post, you will find 3 simple recipes that include products from the Thrive Market (which are always marked at a WAY lower price than anywhere else).
What is the Thrive Market?
Before I get into the recipes, grocery lists and products, I want to talk about what the Thrive Market is all about.
If you aren’t familiar with the Thrive Market, it’s an online grocer that offers many organic options plus up to 50% off of retail prices. Usually you are guaranteed at least 25% off your order or more!
When you use this link, you will receive 25% off your order plus free shipping! Make sure to click the link in order to receive that discount!
Thrive Market Meal Plan
These are 3 easy meals that you can create from simple products from the Thrive Market. Most of the Thrive Market products are “pantry items” which mean that they don’t offer fresh produce items. This is means that still need to find some of your grocery items from a grocery store or the farmer’s market.
Meal #1 Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
This meal can be an amazing breakfast! It’s packed with tons of nutrition from the oats, pumpkin, pumpkin seeds and banana; PLUS it will keep you full until lunch time!
Heat on low over your stove until the oats are soft and have absorbed the water. Add in some extra spices like cinnamon or pumpkin spice for some extra flavor. When the mixture is your desired consistency, remove from the heat and place into your fav bowl.
Top with a dash of extra spices, 1 Tbsp of Organic Pumpkin Seeds, and 1 tsp of Organic Maple Syrup! This can also be made into overnight oats by combining all ingredients in a jar and placing the the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Make sure to give it a shake before refrigerating!

Meal #2 Simple Sushi Recipe
This meal is perfect for a to-go lunch and can easily be prepped ahead of time to save tons of time later!
Start by cooking some Organic Sushi Rice according to the package. Place into the fridge to allow to cool before rolling.
When the rice has cooled completely, prepare your Sushi Nori Rolls and your fillings – I love using some seared tofu, sliced avocado and cucumbers. See this tutorial on how to roll your sushi rolls in this post.
Meal #3 Easy Vegan Mac & Cheeze
OMG! Vegan mac & cheeze! This is the perfect dinner that the entire family (even your omnivores) will love!
Stary by soaking 1 cup Organic Raw Cashews in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and chop one medium sized sweet potato, one medium sized white onion and 2-3 large carrots. Boil these until soft.
Cook your Banza High Protein Pasta according to the package and smother in your cheezy sauce! You will have leftover sauce! You can freeze this in portioned containers until you are ready to use again to make for a quick and easy dinner.
