When you’re just craving some really good ice cream but you don’t have any and are trying to stay away from dairy anyways, there’s always this dairy-free raspberry ice cream recipe you can whip up with just 3 ingredients!
It’s almost my bedtime (9:30 pm, yes I’m like a grandmother) and I’m still a little hungry but don’t want to over indulge in some sugary and fatty ice cream… plus I’m vegan, so I don’t even eat that ish! Good thing I have some of this yummy and dairy-free raspberry ice cream in my freezer!
Dairy-Free Raspberry Ice Cream
It’s more like a sorbet made in the blender! All you need for this recipe is 3 frozen (and ripe) bananas, 1 10 oz package of (organic) frozen raspberries, and 1 can of coconut cream.
Add all of those ingredients to your high speed blender and blend until smooth! Then transfer to a freezer friendly container and freeze for a few hours and you’re good to go! You can eat this stuff right out of the blender like a smoothie bowl, but it will bes better when it’s super frozen 🙂 trust me!

Dairy-Free Raspberry Icecream
- 3 ripe frozen Bananas
- 10 oz package Raspberries
- 15 oz can Coconut Cream
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender; blend until smooth. Transfer to a freezer friendly container and freeze for 2-3 hours; or you can just eat it like a smoothie bowl! Enjoy!
