Hey babe! What are your new year’s goals this year? Do you wanna start working out more? Or eating healthier? Do you wanna just look and feel awesome?

I am running a free 30 day challenge for a select number of girls who want to create the best version of themselves.

My Health & Fitness Journey

Before I get into the awesomeness of this program, I want to tell you about my health and fitness journey.


Back in high school I was a gymnast, so I didn’t really have to do too much else besides go to practice to get a good workout. I was slightly conscious about what I ate and tried to avoid red meat because I knew it was better for my digestion.

After high school I started was off to a 4 year university right away! I was able to use the school’s workout facilities for a decent price, so that’s what I did. But I had no idea what I was doing in there!

I thought a good workout was a 30 minutes session on the elliptical and a few ab movements or body weight butt workouts on the floor.

Then I started looking into bodybuilding.com! They have a huge library of FREE workouts to follow and literally the best deals of supplements (yes, they have vegan supplements as well).

I started follow out a few weight lifting workouts and was really loving how I felt! I noticed my jeans were getting tighter in the thighs and looser in my waist. And I was simply getting stronger!


I started to get really serious about my fitness and looked into the best diets to follow. Tons of stuff came up about the paleo diet. If you’re not familiar, it’s basically just meat, eggs, veggies, and some fruits. No dairy or grains.

So I tried it, and I could really tell in my physique that I was leaning out. But after just a little progress, I hit a plateau. My energy levels were pretty low and I wasn’t really feeling like myself. So I started eating regular “healthy” foods again including some dairy and grains.

After college I started watching documentaries like Forks Over Knives and Cowspiracy and started cutting out dairy and most meats out of my diet. I would eat eggs, chicken and fish on occasion and not worry about too much else.

After I started limiting the animal products I was putting into my body, I started feeling like I had more energy inside and outside of the gym. I was lifting more weight and feeling less fatigue!

After my hubby and I got married, I decided to take the leap and cut out all animal products from my diet, aka Go Vegan!

I have never thought once about returning to “slightly pescetarian” or whatever again!

I honestly didn’t think I could feel any better than I already did, but I was wrong. Today I feel amazing, and I know it’s because of how I’m treating my body. I fuel with powerful fruits, veggies, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds! I avoid animal products at all costs and limit my processed food intake.

I also can still eat my favs like tacos and pizza! 

Welcome to the Challenge

Now that you know my secret, I welcome you to the 30 day challenge of eating right and pushing your body to the limits!

You will be given free daily workouts (done at home with simple equipment, or in the gym) and weekly meal prep advice and recipes to use to stay on track!

This course will challenge you to not only transform your body on the outside, but on the inside as well. Let’s create a community of women to share our journey with!
